岗位职责：  

-  Responsible  for  electrical  design  of  test  equipment  &  test  system  development;  

-  负责测试设备和测试系统的开发；

 -  Project  management  for  new  test  equipment  &  test  system;  

-  新测试设备和测试系统的项目管理；  

-  Concept  design  for  new  test  equipment  and  system,  electrical  design;  

-  新测试设备或测试系统的概念设计，电气设计；

 -  Technical  requirements  clarification  for  test  equipment  and  lead  the  definition  of  solution  with  internal  customer  and  supplier;  

-  与客户确认技术要求，并主导洽谈同客户和供应商制定项目方案；

 -  Processing  project  topics  and  other  tasks  assigned  by  supervisor.  

-  处理项目的相关议题以及主管分配的其他工作任务。  

任职要求：

 -  Bachelor  or  master  degree  on  electrical  engineering,  mechanical  engineering,  automation;  

-  本科及以上学历，电气工程，机械工程，自动化专业；  

-  More  than  5  years’  experience  in  test  bench  development  and  management  in  automotive  industry;  

-5年以上汽车行业测试设备开发和管理经验；

 -  Experienced  on  development  tools  (VisualBasic,  or  VisualC,  or  PLC,  or  LabVIEW,  etc);  

-  熟练运用开发工具，如VisualBasic,  VisualC,  PLC,  Labview等；

 -  Knowledge  of  programming  language  C/C+;  

-  熟练使用编程语言C/C+；  -  Knowledge  of  HW;  -  丰富的电气硬件知识；

 -  Strong  organizational,  multi-tasking,  and  time-management  skills;  

-  较强的组织能力，多重任务处理和时间管理技能；

 -  Strong  office  tools  skill  on  word,  excel,  PPT,  etc;

 -  较强的办公软件技能，如word,  excel,  PPT等；  

-  Good  communication,  influencing  and  interpersonal  skills；

 -  良好的沟通、影响能力和良好的人际关系；

 -  Good  command  of  English  in  reading,  writing,  listening  and  speaking.  

-  良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
