岗位职责：
- Supplier sourcing, evaluation and development for direct materials;
- 产品直接材料的供应商选择, 评估和开发；
- RFQ, validation and comparison for new parts based on panel + bidders list;
- 基于认可供应商清单进行寻价及报价分析和比较；
- New parts or new supplier launch management;
- 新零件或者新供应商爬坡措施；
- Technical discussion and price negotiation with supplier for new project to meet target cost;
- 与供应商进行新零件的技术会谈和价格谈判, 达到项目的目标成本；
- Purchasing project management for new platform and application project;
- 应用项目和平台项目采购零件的项目采购管理；
- RPP(cost saving) and ECR(engineer change) handling;
- 负责采购零件的成本降低计划和采购有关的工程更改管理；
- Sample and tool ordering, SAP Data setting and maintenance;
- 样品和模具定单, SAP的采购数据设置和维护；
- Processing project topics and other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- 处理项目的相关议题以及主管分配的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
- Bachelor or above;
- 本科及以上学历；
- 2 years or above working experience in automotive industry in purchasing area;
- 2年及以上汽车行业采购经验；
- Middle level for project management and value stream concept;
- 对于项目管理和价值流概念有一定了解；
- knowledge of supplier source, RFQ & validation, supplier evaluation;
- 具备供应商选择, 报价及分析, 供应商评估的能力；
- Basic know-how for motor components manufacturing process;
- 对电机零部件的生产工艺有了解；
- Integrity & honesty personality, self-dignified;
- 廉洁, 诚实, 自尊自重；
- Good command of English in reading, writing, listening and speaking.
- 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。
